Knockturn Alley is a forum name that is back in everyone's regular vocabulary (it's about time, eh?) and it's not because of prank wars! Instead, it's because of HEXer-Vivor, and the race to the Triwizard Cup and bragging rights for the rest of a user's hex-lifetime. The tribe threads are hot and heavy, and the buzz of activity in Knockturn Alley rivals that of Diagon Alley as it always done at this time of year.
Of course, there is still pranking going on left and right in Knockturn Alley. I think we'd have to check of health of those involved if there wasn't. However, aside from all the Hexer-Vivor buzz, there's also some distaste from the resident KA'ers buzzing around due to RPatt'z face being plastered all over the place in the usually dark and sullen depths of the banner. Wherever did the cracked doll faces go, and the famous presence of horror kings?
Evidently, SiriusTrouble and Merope_Riddle are wondering the same thing, and other KAer's like Pan shared their sentiments, but offered advice on how to avoid the overbearingly large photo of RPattz. Pan says to just scroll down really fast, but how are the rest of us expected to do that? We aren't as swift and small as Pannycakes is, so we're left to deal with it.
SiriusTrouble sentiments were that they'd been gone for some time, but that the banner is going to lengthen her absence because of the immense torment it causes her. Merope_Riddle says that having lemon juice squirted in her eye was preferred.
Regardless, it seems clear to me that Rain is the only one enjoying the layout, and maybe a few Twilight fangirls and their Twilight Moms.

SO. Moral of the story: if you aren't a Cedric/Edward fanatic, don't go to KA. Or if you do, just complain like these girls have. Or maybe be swift like Pan. Whatever your move is, have fun in KA because it's the place to be right now!
